Everything the client pays People Hub, excluding VAT: the monthly subscription and add-ons such as AI usage. Money that only passes through us to someone else — for example an agency’s fee on the marketplace — is not ours, so it is not counted.
Commission is earned on a PAID invoice, never on an issued one. If an invoice is later credited, the commission on it is deducted from your next payout — you will see the line in your statement.
The first valid claim — a demo requested through your link or code, or an ЕИК registration in the portal — within 90 days. You see the protection end date next to every referral.
You keep earning on the clients you already referred, for as long as they pay. Commission stops only if the partnership is terminated for a breach of the terms — and anything already earned is still paid.
No — a company already on People Hub cannot be registered. If you introduced it before the program existed, tell us: we can link it to you from a date, and commission applies to invoices paid after that date.
Companies and sole traders: yes, one invoice per payout — the portal shows the exact amount. Individuals: no, we issue a statement of paid amounts and withhold tax as the law requires.
